Upload Your File To CheckGateway

Log into your merchant account, and on the Left hand Side under “Submit Transactions”, select “Upload File”.

On this page, click the “Browse” button and select the .CSV file you have been working with. Choose the “CSV” format and the default “Comma” delimiter.

Choose “Upload”. You should see a message that says Outcome Success and should show in the “history” grid below.

If the Processed column of the grid shows “false”, simply click the “Upload File” menu option again and it should change to “True”.  This is due to the delay between the upload and the processing of the file.

If the outcome does not say success and instead displays an error message, you should see some details that explain the errors present in your file.  If you have questions or would like help deciphering this error message, please contact Checkgateway technical support.
